Q1. What should I do if my machine doesn't work?
Check if the battery is dead.
Our machines are tested for functionality before delivery. lf you receive a machinethat does not work even with a fully charged battery, please contact us.
Q2. What should I do if my machine is running but not producingwater?
1.The filter on the water inlet is not fully immersed in the water: fully immerse thefilter into the water.
2.The lnlet pipe is not properly assembled: Check whether the quick connector andthe outlet of the washing machine are installed firmly.
3. lf the machine works but does not produce water when it is installed, try thefollowing methods:
lf the impact of the electric car wash diminishes when the machine is firstswitched on, continue to enable the car wash and discharge the air in the pipe.
After the first use or long-term storage , it is recommended that you pour cleanwater from the water inlet of the washing machine and let the machine run for2-3 minutes to exhaust the air.
Try connecting a tap as a way to get the machine to successfully dispense waterwith the pressure of the tap water.
